WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH

We ship with the Royal Mail. Our £1.99 shipping is Royal Mail Second Class non-tracked and if your order is over £30, it's free shipping!

*Please allow 3-5 days for this to arrive.

We offer a tracked service through the Royal Mail too. Tracked 48 Hours is £3.99, and if you spend over £50, it's free shipping.

*Please allow 3-5 days for this to arrive. It all depends on the day and time you place your order and once we have shipped it, its then down to The Royal Mail to deliver it within 48 hours of receiving it.

If you choose Open Box, you are choosing to open an order with us that you can continuously add to over a 12 month period.

If you chose Close Open Box and you have no open order with us, your order will be placed on hold until we have contacted you as our close box option shipping is more than standard shipping.

!!Please note that if you choose the Open Box or Close Open Box options in a way to avoid shipping costs, you will not receive your order.

Unfortunately, we currently don't ship internationally yet. Only to the UK Mainland.

WHAT IS AN OPEN BOX?

An Open Box solves the problem of paying postage many times over.

If you chose to use Open Box, you've purchased all your products but they won't be shipped until you choose to close it!

So you won't have to pay for shipping everytime you want to add, or even only want to add one or items!

Your Open Box must be closed within 12 months, but you'll get a reminder email if it's still open.

If you want to close your box, make your last order and choose Close Open Box option and you will be charged shipping and everything you have ordered will be shipping to you! Shipping is a flat rate of 3.99, and will be sent via the royal mail 48 hour tracked service so you know when it will be coming!

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can use a variety of payment options!

We accept most major credit and debit cards with Shop Pay, which is our website providers card payment processors name. It works just as any card payment method.

Use an express checkout with your Paypal account.

WHAT ARE MY RETURN OPTIONS

If you would like to discuss a refund, please contact me either using The Contact Us page and filling the form out

Sending an email to wavywaxes@gmail.com using "Refund Request" as your subject line. Please include your order number and name on the order to ensure everything goes smoothly and as fast as possible to resolve any issues you may have.

You will be required to show proof of your requests. Broken wax melts are not refundable as they are still usable.

The Heart Warmers Club is my community of home fragrance lovers!

Signing up means you can collect points (Wee Hearts) on a variety of things, including just having a birthday!

You can redeem these points for discounts and money off!

If you sign up, you will get 200 Wee Hearts and a 20% code to use.

You will also be the first to hear about new releases and sales!

HOW TO SPEND MY WEE HEARTS (POINTS)

Spending and redeeming your points can be done by getting a unique code through the rewards widget at the bottom right of the page. A pink button with a shopping bag and says rewards.

Opening this, if you are not signed in you will need to do so to redeem your points. This can be done through the rewards portal or by signing in via the profile portal at the top right of the page.

The code is given out on the rewards portal and is unique to your account. Use this discount code in the discount box at checkout to redeem your rewards.
